John Howard – SR | College of St. Scholastica
John Howard posted personal bests in two events last week. His mark of 13.95 meters in the shot put earned him second place. A toss of 13.58 meters in the weight throw was good enough for fourth place and was a personal best by almost a meter.

Nick Mangan – SR | College of St. Scholastica
In winning the 3000 meter at the UW-Superior Blizzard Open, Nick Mangan also set a school record. His time of 8:50.90 shattered the old record by 25 seconds and also allowed Mangan to cross the finish line 30 seconds before the rest of the field.

Cyrus Beckwith – SR | College of St. Scholastica
For the second consecutive week, Cyrus Beckwith broke the program record in the pole vault, clearing a height of 4.30 meters to finish as the top collegiate competitor at the St. Olaf Invitational on Friday night.

Justin Hanson – SO | College of St. Scholastica
Justin Hanson broke his own record in the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 7.98 on Saturday at the UW-Superior Border Battle. He has taken .16 second off of the record in the past two weeks and leads the conference in the hurdles by .50 seconds.

Tom Lyscio – JR | College of St. Scholastica
Tom Lyscio won both the weight throw and the shot put at the Lake Superior Challenge on Saturday. His 13.94 meter toss in the shot put was a season best.

Taylor Gish – JR | Northwestern College
Northwestern's Taylor Gish won the weight throw at the NCCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships on Saturday. His final throw of 17.17 meters not only won the event, but was a provisional qualifying throw for the NCAA Championship. It was also a school record.
