MINNEAPOLIS -- The College of St. Scholastica won its 14th UMAC Women's Tennis Tournament Championship and its fourth consecutive outright title after sweeping the singles and doubles competition at the Baseline Tennis Center on the University of Minnesota campus.  All three of the Saints' doubles teams won their flights on Friday night to set the stage for a Saturday sweep.

St. Scholastica has won at least a tie of every conference tournament dating back to 1997.  2006 was the only year the Saints didn't win the outright tournament title after St. Scholastica had to send a split squad to the UMAC finale and tying with Martin Luther College.

In terms of points, St. Scholastica took 27 points total after winning each flight.  Northwestern College followed with 14 points while Martin LUther took third with 10 points.
