PLAYER OF THE WEEK AWARDS


Men's Basketball
Eric Garst - SR | G | Northwestern College
Eric Garst has helped lead Northwestern to fifteen straight victories. Last week, Garst averaged 17.0points and 6.0 rebounds per game. Garst shot 57 percent from the floor, including 6-11 from downtown in two games. He added nine assists to his final regular season week, compared to just one turnover.

Women's Basketball
Becky Smith - SR | F | Presentation College
Presentation finished the regular season well thanks to Becky Smith, who averaged 15.0 points and 17.0 rebounds per game on the week. She continued to light up the statistics with 15 assists and 14 steals. Smith performed a nearly unheard of stat line by delivering a quadruple-double in one game, scoring 14 points, grabbing 18 rebounds, tallying 12 steals and dishing out 10 assists.

Men's Indoor Track & Field
Billy Visto - JR | Triple Jump | University of Minnesota-Morris

Billy Vistro broke his own school record in the triple jump at the St. Cloud State Invitational and won the event outright with a jump of 45' 5". This is the second week in a row Visto has won this event. On the year, Billy has 27 inches in the triple jump.

Women's Indoor Track & Field
Alec Seeley - SO | Shot Put | College of Saint Scholastica
At the Beaver Twilight hosted by Bemidji State, Alec Seeley threw the shot put 12.8 meters. This throw boosted Seeley to number one in the Saints record book for that category.
