Kirsten Haukom becomes 11th St. Scholastica women's basketball player to top 1,000 points

DULUTH, Minn. -- Kirsten Haukom became the 11th St. Scholastica women's basketball player to top 1,000 career points in the Saints' 58-51 loss at Minmnesota-Morris on Friday night.
Haukom finished the game with 12 points to give her 1,002 for her career. She has averaged over 11 points per game in three of her four seasons in a St. Scholastica uniform. With 18 more rebounds, Haukom would become the first CSS women's basketball player to score over 1,000 points, grab 500 rebounds and have over 200 assists in her career.
